General Accountant

1.Reports to and works directly with the Finance Manager.

2.Manages accounts payable (invoices and expenses) and accounts receivable (creating and following up on invoices). 

3.Handles petty cash and travel expenses of employees. 

4.Prepares journal entries, and ensures completeness of all transactions in the books.  

5.Performs bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.  

6.Performs month end closing activities. 

7.Assists audit works, and in tax return preparations. 

8.Assists with the preparation of financial statements, and other reports for management review. 

9.General administrative support, such as managing financial mailboxes, filing of accounting documents, etc. 

Technical Skills:

1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required with 3-5 years work experience

2.CPA preferred 

3.Experience with SAP Hana S/4. 

4.Good knowledge on MS Office. 

5.Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
