Financial Accountant (f/m/x)

As a Group Accountant, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing financial data of our subsidiaries, ensuring high data quality and compliance with Group Accounting Standards. Responsibilities:
- Ongoing accounting of group subsidiaries
- Accounting of group subsidiaries including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- First point of contact for the assigned subsidiaries
- Support in the annual budget preparation
- Handling of financial and tax-related issues in teamwork
- General accounting and financial reporting tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial education (e.g. business academy) or higher education (university/university of applied sciences) with a focus on accounting
- At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Preferably completed accounting and balance sheet accountant certification
- Knowledge of income tax and VAT regulations
- Advanced MS Excel skills, experience with SAP FI/CO is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Solution-oriented, independent, and structured way of working

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment).
