Field Service Technician (m/f/d) for Laboratory Measurement Technology Service Area: Southern Germany

• On-site service: You will be responsible for maintenance, calibration, and repairs of our measuring instruments, as well as service and qualification work in regulated GMP environments (e.g., pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies). You will ensure accurate and professional documentation.

• Customer contact: As a competent contact person, you will maintain a trusting relationship with our customers via telephone, email, and, of course, in person during your service visits.

• Organization: You will plan your assignments independently, manage your own spare parts inventory, and support product development through customer feedback.

• Passion for technology: You have completed technical training (e.g., as an electronics technician, industrial mechanic, or mechatronics technician) or are a state-certified technician (m/f/d).

• Motivation & interest: You possess technical understanding and are interested in our broad portfolio.

• Service orientation: You are independent, organized, and provide competent support to our customers – customer satisfaction is important to you.

• Willingness to travel: You maintain contact with customers in the service area and at our location in Ostfildern.

• Language skills: You have fluent German and advanced English skills.

• Driver's license: You hold a Class 3 or B driver's license.
