ESG Data Management Specialist (f/m/x)

To strengthen our ESG team, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented personality to support us in collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reviewing ESG-related data. Responsibilities:
- Recording, maintaining, and reviewing ESG data (Environment, Social, Governance)
- Creating and updating tables and evaluation lists
- Supporting the preparation of information for internal and external ESG reports and presentations
- Reconciling data across various interfaces and tracking deadlines
- Performing general administrative tasks in the ESG area
Requirements:
- Completed commercial education, HAK / HAS, or equivalent
- Initial experience in ESG/data management or data entry is an advantage but not required
- Careful, structured, and independent way of working
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong affinity for numbers, data, and documentation
- Interest in ESG topics and motivation to drive them forward within the company
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.900 (based on full-time employment).
