Responsibilities:
- Coordination of specialist departments during feasibility studies and pre-calculations of mechanical assemblies (technologies: welding, brazing, laser processing, metal 3D printing, forming, surface technology)
- Preparation of production-relevant data and ensuring serial-ready production of critical component characteristics
- Definition of manufacturing processes including corresponding inspection plans
- Definition of production volumes, delivery dates and batch sizes
- Operational support in the manufacturing of mechanical assemblies (laser, welding and forming operations)
- Design and construction of fixtures, inspection equipment and manufacturing aids
Your profile:
- Completed education in mechanical manufacturing engineering (apprenticeship & master craftsman, technical college, or university of applied sciences/university at bachelor level)
- IWS/IWT/IWE certification is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel); SAP user knowledge (PP, MM) is an advantage
- Proficient use of CAD softwareExcellent German skills and good English skills
- Strong process understanding, analytical thinking and cost awareness
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high level of personal responsibility
- Hands-on approach and enjoyment of teamwork

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.700 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
