Employee in Work Preparation (f/m/x) – Electronics Manufacturing (full-time or part-time)

• Planning and control of technical production specifications in the areas of cable production and adhesive technology
• Responsibility for relevant documents and processes (including master data maintenance and change management)
• Creation of cable drawings based on internal company standards
• Evaluation of technical and economic feasibility in close coordination with production departments, customers, and purchasing
• Preparation of pre- and post-calculations, variance analyses, and related corrective actions
• Development and implementation of cost- and production-optimized measures (utilizing automation potential)
• Handling of inquiries and preparation of competitive offer documentation
   

• Completed education (technical college or university of applied sciences) with a focus on electronics, mechatronics, or production engineering
• Ideally, professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience with AutoCAD (Creo / Windchill is an advantage)
• SAP user knowledge (production planning and materials management)
• Very good command of German and English
• Strong spatial awareness and analytical thinking
• Responsible and independent working style

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,900 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
