The devices are used in quality assurance and research and development, from laboratory equipment to small series production.As part of our dedicated support team, you will play an important role in providing technical support for our products. You will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers with technical issues and will play a key role in ensuring our service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on complex technical equipment, primarily in-house and on-site as needed
- Providing technical support training for internal colleagues and international sales partners
- Providing technical support for our sales and service companies worldwide
- Creating and preparing technical documentation, especially for error analysis and troubleshooting purposes
- Maintenance and further development of relevant content in the product knowledge database (PKDB) and/or similar systems
- Design and implementation of e-learning units to convey knowledge efficiently and digitally
- Creation of video documentation on maintenance, commissioning, repairs, and troubleshooting
Your profile:
- Completed technical training as an industrial electronics technician or mechatronics engineer
- In-depth knowledge of analyzing technical malfunctions and causes of errors, as well as deriving suitable solutions
- Several years of experience in technical support or service environment desirable
- Understanding of e-part definition, intended uses, and ST assignments
- Experienced in handling support documentation, knowledge databases (e.g., PKDB), and digital platforms (Jira and Confluence are an advantage)
- Independent and solution-oriented approach to work paired with organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a team-oriented personality
- Very good written and spoken German and at least good written and spoken English
