Early Childhood Educator - Infant/Toddler Group (f/m/x, Maternity Cover) (Part-time / 37 hours)

• Sensitive, individual care and holistic support for the children in our “Fischegruppe”
• Planning, implementation and reflection of pedagogical work
• Trustful collaboration and open communication with parents and colleagues
• Careful execution of administrative tasks such as documentation
• Willingness to participate in trainings and professional development

• Completed training as an Early Childhood Educator
• Ideally, professional experience in pedagogical work with toddlers
• Enthusiasm for age-appropriate support and guidance
• Warmth, empathy, flexibility and patience in working with children and parents
• Strong team skills, appreciative communication and commitment to a supportive environment
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.150 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
