Digital Sales & Lead Generation Manager (f/m/x)

Anton Paar SportsTec GmbH | Wundschuh

Are you passionate about digital sales and eager to help shape the future of football? Then you’ve come to the right place. As a Digital Sales & Lead Generation Manager, you’ll be the driving force between marketing and sales – generating, qualifying, and developing leads along the digital customer journey, turning interest into opportunity. You’ll have full command of tools, touchpoints, and tactics – from initial outreach to scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: You take over marketing-generated leads and actively develop them into sales opportunities – via email, phone, LinkedIn, or CRM sequences.
  • Initial Contact & Needs Analysis: You hold initial conversations, clarify customer needs, and prepare structured briefings for the sales team.
  • CRM & Process Management: You work in the CRM system, assess lead maturity, and ensure a clean sales pipeline.
  • Campaign Support: You contribute ideas for digital campaigns and provide valuable market feedback to the marketing team.
  • Follow-ups & Relationship Building: You follow up after events, webinars, or campaigns and stay in touch with promising leads.
  • Target Customer Research: You identify new potential customers and contribute to segmentation and targeting strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or lead management – ideally with a digital focus
  • Hands-on mentality: You don’t wait for leads to come in – you pick up the phone. If information is missing, you go out and find it.
  • Strong communication skills: You can communicate clearly and persuasively – both verbally and in writing, in German and English.
  • Tech-savvy: You’re proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Football knowledge: You have a solid understanding of the football market – especially European football is a plus.
  • Self-organization: You proactively structure your workday and think ahead – rather than just following instructions.

We offer you:

  • Modern Environment: Work with innovative sports technology that excites top clubs worldwide (e.g., FC Bayern Munich).
  • Meaningful Work: Help make football talent visible and promote their development.
  • Team Spirit & Freedom: Short decision-making paths, creative freedom, and a highly motivated team.
  • Top Workplace: Modern infrastructure, flexible working hours, and numerous benefits from the Anton Paar Group.
  • Job Security: A secure and long-term position in a growing high-tech company.
  • Structured Onboarding: Personalized training and onboarding to ensure your success from day one.
