Developer – Test Fixture Design Electronics Production (f/m/x)

• Electronics development including PCB layout and mechanical design of test adapters and production tools
• Selection and procurement of suitable components and materials for the manufacture of test adapters and production tools
• Programming of test sequences and automation of test steps for electronic assemblies
• Development and maintenance of software solutions for electronics manufacturing
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for test software and test systems

• Completed education in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, mechatronics, or a comparable field (University of Applied Sciences, Technical University)
• Experience with CAD tools (e.g., Eagle, Fusion, Creo, Zuken, or similar)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or comparable
• Interest in modern technologies such as the use of AI tools, particularly in image processing
• Familiarity with common software development processes and ideally experience with version control
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high quality orientation
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a structured, self-reliant way of working

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.400 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
