Department Manager - Product Competence Viscometry (f/m/x)

• Operational management of the team within the Product Competence department
• Development and continuous advancement of the applications roadmap in close coordination with Product Management and Sales
• Participation in product launches and support in the market positioning of new technologies and solutions
• Close collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering in development projects and product maintenance
• Technical support and application consulting for customers and colleagues in international subsidiaries
• Intensive exchange with international subsidiaries to foster global product expertise
• Preparation of sales-supporting materials as well as organization and delivery of training sessions

• Completed technical or scientific degree (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology or similar)
• Leadership experience
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, flexible, and results-driven with strong initiative and resilience
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a team-oriented mindset

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
