Department Manager - Electromechanical Precision Manufacturing & Adhesive Technology (f/m/x)

• Personnel responsibility for 13 employees and 2 team leads (skilled and semi-skilled workers)
• Daily allocation of production orders, taking delivery deadlines and employee qualifications into account
• Identification of improvement potential and implementation of efficiency-enhancing measures
• Further development of the qualification matrix to ensure operational stability
• Transition of new products into serial production and related employee training
• Operational support for team members in technical and methodological matters
• Further development of workstations, machinery, and production layouts with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Technical and economic preparation of investments in machines and equipment
• Close collaboration with technical work preparation and production control
• Planning and coordination of tasks, schedules, and resources within the department

• Completed education in Mechatronics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Production Engineering (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a production-related environment
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
