Department Manager - Electromechanical Precision Manufacturing & Adhesive Technology (f/m/x)

Lead our electromechanical precision manufacturing into the future and secure the long-term success of our production site in Graz together with a dedicated management team! Responsibilities:
- Personnel responsibility for 13 employees and 2 team leads (skilled and semi-skilled workers)
- Daily allocation of production orders, taking delivery deadlines and employee qualifications into account
- Identification of improvement potential and implementation of efficiency-enhancing measures
- Further development of the qualification matrix to ensure operational stability
- Transition of new products into serial production and related employee training
- Operational support for team members in technical and methodological matters
- Further development of workstations, machinery, and production layouts with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Technical and economic preparation of investments in machines and equipment
- Close collaboration with technical work preparation and production control
- Planning and coordination of tasks, schedules, and resources within the department
Your profile:
- Completed education in Mechatronics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Production Engineering (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a production-related environment
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
