Department Manager Cleaning (f/m/x) – Starting from 30 hours per week

• Leading and coordinating a team of approximately 20 cleaning staff
• Scheduling, including vacation and substitute planning, as well as assignment of areas and tasks
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and cleaning standards
• Organizing, supervising, and quality-controlling cleaning processes
• Managing, ordering, and maintaining cleaning agents, equipment, and materials
• Planning and organizing special cleanings (e.g. deep cleaning, events)
• Actively participating in day-to-day cleaning tasks

• Ideally, completed training as a professional cleaner (master craftsman certificate in building cleaning is an advantage)
• Several years of professional experience in building cleaning, preferably in a supervisory or coordinating role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in staff scheduling
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• High level of social competence, assertiveness, and a genuine enjoyment of teamwork
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to take on substitute duties

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.900 based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
