Department Manager - Business IT Finance (f/m/x)

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Business IT Finance department
• Organization and assurance of continuous development, documentation, and optimization of all IT-supported SAP FICO and SAP BW processes
• Managing change requests and participating in national and international projects
• Close collaboration with business units, process responsibles, and subsidiaries to ensure smooth operations
• Active participation in daily operations and support of team members with methodological and professional inquiries
• Planning and coordination of tasks, deadlines, and resources within the team

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on FICO
• Several years of professional experience in an IT-supported FICO environment, ideally in a globally operating company
• Leadership experience
• Solid SAP FI/CO knowledge combined with strong business acumen
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Hands-on mentality and ability to manage operational tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 5.000  to € 6.500.
