Coordinador de importaciones

The Import Coordinator must be an organized, efficient and proactive person. This position will be mainly in charge of managing logistic processes of the Company such as imports, exports, deliveries to customers, etc. Making an adequate stock management keeping control of quantities and complying with deliveries to customers.
Responsibilities:
Creating purchase order to intecompany vendors.
Entering all logistics relevant data in SAP
Making sure all warehouse operations run smoothly
Coordinate and delivery customer sales on time
Inventory management: physically putting the goods on stock and maintaining the main stock
Posting the intercompany invoices in SAP
Communication with producing facilities in the US and Europe
Coordinate import processes (custom agency and transport)
Prepare the deliveries for foreign customers from tax free zone
Manage the transport and storage of our demo equipment
Implementing improvements to increase efficiency and cost savings
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in supply management, business administration, international trade or related careers
A minimum of 3 years of experience
A minimum of 3 years in logistic processes
Proven experience in cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent communication skills
Stress resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Having great attention to detail
Well-developed skills in managing urgency
Experience dealing with competing priorities
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English. (excluding)
