Compliance Manager (f/m/x)

As a Compliance Manager (f/m/x), you will help develop policies and ensure regulatory compliance as part of an international team.

Responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation, and optimization of compliance policies and processes within the integrated management system
  • Monitoring and assessment of compliance and risk factors with the aim of risk minimization – particularly considering industry-specific standards, regulations, and legal requirements in measurement and analytical technology
  • Close collaboration with internal departments to successfully integrate compliance requirements into operational processes
  • Professional support and response to internal compliance-related inquiries
  • Supporting our international sites with regulatory issues and legal requirements
  • Creation, maintenance, and management of compliance documentation
  • Ongoing research on relevant standards, norms, and regulatory developments in the field of measurement technology

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in law, a comparable law-related field of study, or a technical degree with a legal focus
  • Professional experience in compliance, risk management, or related areas
  • Knowledge of working with standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, DIN) is desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and precise working style
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
