Business Service CRM Expert (f/m/x)

• Contribute to the strategic and operational development of our new CRM system
• Analyze requirements and define new features to improve usability and efficiency
• Test and approve new functionalities
• Provide helpdesk support for our global users as part of our team
•  Act as an interface between business departments and IT to ensure optimal use of the CRM system
• Conduct training sessions and provide support for internal CRM users
• Create and maintain documentation
• Optimize data structures, reporting, and automation processes
• Support international rollouts and adapt the CRM system to local requirements
   

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience with CRM systems preferred
• Technical affinity and analytical mindset for optimizing system processes
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation of CRM processes
•  Fluent in German and English
• Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics clearly

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.600 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
