Administrative Assistant (f/m/x)

We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join us in a long-term role supporting our day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls, emails, incoming mail, and visitors
  • Creating offers, processing sales contracts and orders in CRM
  • Issuing invoices and working with SAP ERP
  • Supporting the sales and service teams with admin tasks
  • Managing inventory of office supplies and other essentials
  • Assisting with customer onboarding via website and webshop
  • Supporting participation in tenders/proposals
  • Communicating with accounting (e.g. accruals)
  • Performing other general office and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Education in administration, business, or a related field
  • Ideally, experience working in SAP and CRM systems
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel, Outlook)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn
