Administrative Assistant (f/m/x)

We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join us in a long-term role supporting our day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls, emails, incoming mail, and visitors
- Creating offers, processing sales contracts and orders in CRM
- Issuing invoices and working with SAP ERP
- Supporting the sales and service teams with admin tasks
- Managing inventory of office supplies and other essentials
- Assisting with customer onboarding via website and webshop
- Supporting participation in tenders/proposals
- Communicating with accounting (e.g. accruals)
- Performing other general office and administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Education in administration, business, or a related field
- Ideally, experience working in SAP and CRM systems
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel, Outlook)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn
