Exploring the Nanoworld with SAXSpoint 5.0

Anton Paar leverages over 60 years of experience in the manufacture of industry-leading small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) instrumentation. In this webinar, we will introduce you to our latest model: SAXSpoint 5.0. Find out what makes this SAXS/WAXS/GISAXS/RheoSAXS instrument – in combination with Anton Paar’s tailor-made sample stages – perfect for the analysis of your nanostructured samples.

 Webinar content:

  • Introduction of SAXSpoint 5.0
  • Recent updates to SAXSpoint 5.0 sample stages, e. g., USAXS stage, RheoSAXS module
  • Application examples

 Target group:

  • Beginners and experts in small-angle X-ray scattering
  • Anyone interested in the characterization of nanostructured materials
