Flex-Blend in beverage production

A continuous production of beverages with constant product quality can be achieved with the Flex-Blend family. Anton Paar offers automated and adaptive skids with a wide variety of modules. The three modules, carbonating, blending and dosing, can be operated simultaneous or separate.
With a Flex-Blend, beverage producers can continuously observe the carbon dioxide (CO2), Nitrogen (N2), alcohol (ABV), extract (°Plato) or sugar (°Brix) content in their beverages. Injection of gas, blending of raw product and dosing ingredients can be automated. Anton Paar’s sensors are used to observe the product’s in real-time, which ensure constant product composition over the whole production. Process Instrumentation can be added for more product quality parameters.
To make sure that all specifications can be fulfilled, each Flex-Blend unit is tested in the Anton Paar facilities prior to delivery.
