Territory Sales Manager Particle Characterization

We’re looking for a technically proficient, consultative sales professional to grow and support a territory in particle sizing and related measurement solutions. In this role, you’ll build relationships, uncover customer needs, deliver presentations and demos, and guide opportunities through the buying process—with support from applications and service teams.

As a member of the West Region sales team, you will drive growth of particle sizing, zeta potential, surface, and porosity measurement solutions across the Pacific Northwest and surrounding territory. Reporting to the Western Region Sales Director in Torrance, CA, this role is ideally based near Seattle, WA, with other major metropolitan areas in the territory considered. You will develop new accounts, expand existing relationships, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and travel to support customer engagement and installations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and strategically grow existing relationships.
- Qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, and close business.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to audiences ranging from technicians to executives.
- Travel approximately 50–60% (including overnight) for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
Your profile:
- 3+ years sales experience in the analytical instrumentation industry.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or engineering preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
What we offer:
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary range: $101,000 – $114,000 annually.
- Commission plan paid monthly, with additional bonuses for exceeding targets.

- $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
