Anton Paar’s instruments are high technology items. Their service and repair requires substantial skill and technological experience. The performance of service and repair activities is therefore reserved for Anton Paar service technicians or other authorized representatives of Anton Paar. Thus one requires a service key code not generally available to end users of Anton Paar instrumentation in order to access the instrument’s service menu.

Anton Paar cannot warrant the functionality or correctness of its instruments, if such service or repair activities are not performed by Anton Paar service technicians or other authorized representatives of Anton Paar.

Should you nonetheless wish to perform or have performed such activities by third parties, you may do so using this service key generator subject to this terms and conditions and conditional upon your acceptance thereof. If you enter your instrument’s serial number into this service key generator, you will receive an automatically generated service key code that enables you to enter your instrument’s service menu.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT USING THIS SERVICE KEY GENERATOR WILL RENDER VOID YOUR INSTRUMENT’S WARRANTY!

By using this key generator, you:

1. expressly acknowledge and agree that that the warranty for any Anton Paar instrumentation will lapse immediately if a service key is generated using this service key generator and therefore, ENTERING YOUR INSTRUMENT’S SERIAL NUMBER WILL IRREVOCABLY RENDER VOID YOUR INSTRUMENT’S WARRANTY. As soon as you enter your instrument’s serial number into the key generator, Anton Paar will receive the notice that you have made use of the service key generator.
2. further acknowledge and agree that you will have no claim against Anton Paar, and Anton Paar will have no liability, for any costs, damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use or operation of your instrument and any service or repair activities not performed by Anton Paar service technicians or other authorized representatives of Anton Paar.
3. also acknowledge that service manuals or other technical manuals, instructions and replacement procedures as well as technical support for service and repair activities are not available.
4. confirm you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions set out herein and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, you waive all rights and hold us, our affiliated companies, our suppliers and our and their officers and employees, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal expenses and settlement costs) arising in any manner out of or from the use or operation of any your instrument, the service key provided to you under this agreement and any service or repair activities not performed by Anton Paar service technicians or other authorized representatives of Anton Paar, or your breach of this agreement.
