Daniel Wittig

Daniel Wittig is the Advanced Application Scientist for the measurement team at Anton Paar USA’s Central Regional Office. Based in Chicago, Daniel received his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has been working with Anton Paar for the past five years. He covers all products in the density, concentration, viscosity, volatility, consistency, refractive index, polarimetry, gas properties, and laboratory productivity product lines.

Nina Hoffman

Nina Hoffman is the newest Application Engineer serving Anton Paar Central’s Measurement team. A lifelong resident of Cook County, she graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering.  She began working for Anton Paar in September of last year. Her areas of expertise include gas analysis of packaged beverage products, density and concentration of liquid products, lab productivity systems, refractometry and polarimetry, viscometry, and volatility.

Ryan Garab

Ryan Garab is one of Anton Paar USA’s Technical Sales Representatives based in the Central Region, currently managing the Northern Illinois and Wisconsin territories. He has been assisting customers throughout the beverage industry with their quality control and research and development programs since joining Anton Paar six years ago. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Agronomy from New Mexico State University.
