New Anton Paar ProveTec Building Officially Opened

In July, the new Anton Paar ProveTec building in Blankenfelde-Mahlow, south of Berlin, was officially opened. In future, all ProveTec divisions and departments will be united under one roof. The new building offers a total area of around 6,000 square meters on three levels, including flexible office space, production, warehouse, and laboratory rooms, a cafeteria, and a roof terrace. This creates optimal conditions for short communication paths and a high level of collaboration. 

New production line as a milestone
Until now, Anton Paar ProveTec was spread across three different locations, but finally all colleagues are coming together. In the course of the move, many processes were fundamentally revised and improved. A first success: just four weeks after the opening, the first PMA 500 flash point tester was assembled on the new production line in flow production. The line was developed across departments by planning, production, and quality management and sets new standards in terms of efficiency, flexibility, and ergonomics in the workplace.

At the opening ceremony, Jakob Santner presented the traditional Anton Paar GmbH Group location plaque, which will be proudly displayed in the foyer. The CEO/CTO of Anton Paar GmbH cut the symbolic ribbon together with General Manager Jörg Eßmann, New Building Project Manager Marcel Berk, and Michael Schwuchow, Mayor of the municipality of Blankenfelde-Mahlow. Around 260 guests – including employees and their families, business partners, and representatives from neighboring companies – took the opportunity to tour the new premises. 

With this new building, Anton Paar ProveTec is not only creating space for further growth, but also an environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and efficiency – the best conditions for the coming years.
