Two New Apprenticeship Programs

Starting in fall 2025, Anton Paar will be expanding its apprenticeship program in Graz and offering young talents the opportunity to start two new apprenticeship programs: “Finance and Accounting Assistant” and “Office Clerk in Retail”.

Expertise in working with numbers
The “Finance and Accounting Assistant” apprenticeship provides comprehensive knowledge in the areas of bookkeeping, cost accounting and tax law. During their training, apprentices acquire the know-how to analyze and strategically plan financial flows, post invoices and prepare annual financial statements. The focus is on working precisely and methodically to present complex financial relationships clearly. In addition, current tax and legal requirements are also covered to ensure that apprentices are well prepared for business practice.

Organizational talent for day-to-day business
The second new apprenticeship, “Office Clerk in Retail” targets individuals who appreciate a structured way of working and are interested in organization and administration in a modern company. The apprenticeship includes contact with customers and suppliers, managing orders as well as entering data and orders. Apprentices also learn how to organize projects, coordinate deadlines and work in a team. This multifaceted apprenticeship provides a solid foundation for a career in the commercial sector and teaches valuable skills in organization and communication.
