Penksza Péter 2022-ben doktorált a MATE Élelmiszertudományi Doktori Iskolában. Disszertációjában élelmiszerek reológiai tulajdonságait vizsgálta. 2024 év májusától felel az Anton Paar rheométer termékcsalád értékesítéséért. 

Dudás Zsolt

Vegyészmérnök, műanyagfeldolgozó szakmérnök. Korábban műanyag termékfejlesztés területen tevékenykedett. Jelenleg az AntonPaar műszerei, berendezései iránt érdeklődőket támogatja kereskedelmi és alkalmazástechnológiai tevékenységgel reológia, termoanalitika, felületi karakterisztika, tribológia, extruderek és malomipari gépek területén.
