Regional IT-Helpdesk Specialist for Asia Pacific (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:
- Providing overall helpdesk and IT support for Anton Paar subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region
Ensuring high-quality service by maintaining, using, and implementing systems and processes in line with Anton Paar Headquarters’ standards
Purchasing IT equipment according to local requirements while following global standards
Handling and coordinating helpdesk tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system
Dispatching tickets to 2nd-level support and collaborating with IT colleagues in other regions
Steering and coordinating helpdesk calls for APAC users outside European business hours
Coordinating IT infrastructure and computer installations across APAC subsidiaries
Managing IT equipment deployment and mobile device management
Supporting global IT projects and contributing to knowledge-sharing across the international IT team
Your profile:
IT-related education and at least 5 years of professional IT experience, preferably in a global environment
First managerial or coordination experience across different countries and time zones is an advantage
Strong service and customer orientation with excellent communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus
Ability to work independently while being part of a global, multicultural team
Willingness to occasionally adapt working hours to APAC time zones
