Regional IT Manager (f/m/x)

Anton Paar Malaysia Sdn Bhd | Subang Jaya, Regional Office APAC

In this position you are the direct point of contact for our subsidiaries in the region Asia Pacific and are responsible for managing the IT helpdesk. You also support global rollout projects and set up of new subsidiaries.


  • Managing and providing overall helpdesk and IT support for the Anton Paar subsidiaries in the region Asia Pacific
  • Assuring full service through maintaining, using and implementing systems and processes in accordance with Anton Paar Headquarters’ standards
  • Purchasing of IT equipment according to local needs and global standards
  • Steering and coordinating helpdesk phone calls to Anton Paar HQ outside European business hours
  • Handling helpdesk tickets via phone call, email and ticketing system
  • Dispatching tickets to 2nd level support
  • Coordinating all computer and IT infrastructure installations across Asia-Pacific
  • Managing IT equipment deployment
  • Delivering mobile device management


  • IT related education and at least 5 years of IT experience, preferable in a global setting
  • First managerial experience across different countries and time zones of advantage
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Fluency in English language is a must, other languages of advantage
