Live Chat Agent (f/m/x)

• First communication with our customers via our chat tool and with the support of our systems 
• Provide technical first level support to the customers in a timely manner, being able to support the customer with your advice in a professional and respectful dialogue
• Processing Leads from Online and Offline requests in our CRM system
• Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
• Continuous development of our live chat channel
• Proactively create, optimize, and manage SEA (Search) campaigns to achieve defined marketing goals.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and deep dives into campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Independently derive and implement data-driven optimization measures to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Technical education with a degree in chemical engineering or a related field, along with a strong business understanding
• English language skills are essential. Any additional language is a plus
• Customer-oriented problem-solving ability
• Strong written skills that leads to clear and concise text-based communication
• Experience in working with CRM is of advantage
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working
• Strong multi-tasking and ability to intensively focus
• Willingness to continuously learn more about our products 
• Possess professional experience in the field of SEA, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing search engine advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Google Ads, campaign setup, keyword optimization, and bid management strategies.
