Mining Workshop - Limpopo

Sustainable mining of natural resources is a cornerstone for our standard of living and prosperity. Mined materials have a wide array of applications. They play a critical role in construction (e.g., building frameworks) and power generation, and are used as commodities and minerals for industrial applications. To play a positive and sustainable economic role in society, mined metals and minerals must be explored for, extracted, transported, and processed according to quality control processes that deliver safe and high-quality products. A wide array of Anton Paar instruments can contribute to every step of this development and value chain.

Join us on Wednesday, 22 May 2024 from 08h00 to 16h00 in Limpopo for our Mining Workshop where we will showcase our Process and Lab solutions.

You will receive refreshments, lunch, a goodie bag and certificate of attendance.

Jocelyne Abreu

She has a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from the University of Pretoria. She joined Anton Paar Southern Africa in 2013 as a Sales Specialist for Rheology, then as a Product Manager for Rheology in 2015. From 2018 she now oversees Characterization team as Business Unit Manager.

Wiaan Goosen

He has his Red Seal in Electronic Equipment Mechanician which was obtained from Olifantsfontein Trade Center in 2021, along with a certificate in SmartPlant Instrumentation for Users TINT1001 at Hexagon. Prior to joining Anton Paar he was a C & I designer for two years which in turn provided him with insight into process instrumentation. He then joined Anton Paar Southern Africa in April 2023 as Sales Specialist for Process Instrumentation overseeing all provinces in South Africa.
