Additive Manufacturing Workshop

Additive manufacturing (AM) is a fast-growing domain for production of mainly small series of complex components or prototypes in the medical, automotive and aerospace sectors. Characterization is crucial to both the starting material and final product, in order to produce components that will perform for their intended application.

Join us on Wednesday, 17 April 2024 from 08h00 to 15h30 where we will showcase the Anton Paar's characterization solutions for additive manufacturing.

This workshop is an in-person event. For attendees they are welcome to bring one sample per company for FREE analysis (testing will be done after the event).

Gabrielle Chebou

Gabrielle Chebou obtained her BTech in Biotechnology in 2015 from Vaal University of Technology.

Developing her skills in biotechnology, quality control, and microbiology, she joined Anton Paar Southern African in 2019 as a Sales Specialist for Characterization, focusing on Rheology.

Preshnie Naidoo

Preshnie obtained her BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of South Africa and started her career as a lab technician which later progressed into sales. She joined Anton Paar Southern Africa as the Product Manager for Particle Characterization in 2020, where her main focus is to provide technical solutions and support to the R&D and Quality Control laboratories in South Africa.

Zwelihle Ndlovu

He is a Sales Specialist for Anton Paar Southern Africa in the Materials Surface Characterization division. He specifically deals with tribology, indentation, scratch testing and coating thickness. He is also responsible for XRD and SAXS. He obtained his BSc. Honours degree in Chemistry at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
