Unlocking Beverage Excellence: Hands-On Lab & Process Solutions Workshop

Day 1: August 20 – Lab Solutions & Practical Service Session

This interactive day focuses on lab-based instrumentation with a dedicated session on:

  • First-line troubleshooting methods
  • Managing common spare parts and replacements
  • Identifying and resolving frequent error messages
  • Sharing of best practices and real-world case solutions

Attendees will get practical experience and learn maintenance strategies to ensure optimal instrument performance.

  • TPO (Total Package Oxygen)
  • PBA-SI (Packaged Beverage Analyzer – Soft Drink)
  • Syrup Analyzer
  • Cbox QC (CO₂ and O₂ Measurement)
  • Abbemat (Refractometer)

Day 2: August 21 – Process Solutions

Dive into inline and at-line process solutions tailored to modern beverage production. Topics include:

  • Enhancing real-time quality control with Anton Paar’s process portfolio
  • Inline measurement with Cobrix Advanced and Edge systems
  • Optimizing production efficiency through automated monitoring

This day offers a deep look at how Anton Paar’s process solutions support continuous, high-quality beverage production.

Competency Certification 

A competency certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the workshop, with assessments conducted throughout the day to validate your practical knowledge.

Raymond Calitz

He joined Anton Paar Southern Africa in 2012 as a Sales Specialist for the Beverage team. He now oversees Process Instrumentation as the Product Manager within the Measurement team. He has a NDip in Process Engineering from TUT, and is currently studying towards his BTech in Process Engineering at TUT.

Eileen Fouche

She obtained her BSc in Biochemistry and Physiology in 2008 from North West University. She joined Anton Paar Southern Africa in 2022 as Area Sales Manager overseeing several African countries.
