Nanoindentation of biological and soft samples

Nanoindentation of biological and soft samples

Description:

Over the past several decades, indentation has been a method primarily used for testing hard materials. When it comes to soft materials, relative and absolute hardness measurements present unique challenges. As the fields of polymer chemistry and biotechnology become increasingly developed, a method for quantifying soft materials’ mechanical properties is of high importance.

This webinar will present special considerations for indentation of soft materials. The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session with Dr. ASHISH KUMAR, Market Manager Business Unit Characterisation, Anton Paar Australia.
