Materials Surface Characterisation Open Day

Anton Paar would like to invite you to our Materials Surface Characterisation Open Day being held on Wednesday 26th February at our office in St Albans.

The open day will focus on the current challenges being faced in understanding and characterising material surfaces in both research and industrial environments. These could be related to surfaces being engineered, treated (chemically or physically) or modified.

The open-day will allow you to use and evaluate the latest and unique instrument measurement techniques available on the market. Bring along your samples to test on the day. Our material characterisation experts will be on-hand to share their knowledge and experience.

You will have exposure to the latest surface characterisation instruments and techniques including Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), indentation, scratch (coating adhesion), tribology (friction & wear) to surface charge (zeta potential) characterisation.

Attendance is free of charge, and light refreshments will be provided.  However, places are limited and are on a first come first served basis.
