One-day training on powder rheology with the focus on the following topics:

  • Theoretical part covering the basics of powder rheology.
  • Explanation of the design and functionality of the powder cells.
  • Analysis and interpretation of measurement data.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of rheology and the rheology software is useful but not required.

  • Grasp the basic theory of powder rheology.
  • Understand the design and operation of the powder shear cell and the powder flow cell.
  • Appreciate the influence of powder processing and handling on powder rheology.
  • Identifying which type of measurement is required to solve your application.
  • Master the interpretation of measurement results.

Natali Unterberger

­­Ms. Natali Unterberger is currently working as a Global Product Specialist for Powder Rheology at Anton Paar headquarters in Graz, Austria. Natali is involved in Product and Application Development of Powder Rheometers and is also responsible for liaising between industrial and academic community to find practical solutions to real-life issues faced in this field. Owing to her having a decent grasp of both theoretical and practical aspects of viscometry and powder rheology, Natali is also very active in conducting trainings and seminars, both in-house and externally. These events are primarily aimed at sharing the know-how gathered on these topics over the years at Anton Paar. Prior to starting her work at Anton Paar, Natali was involved in research activities at the Graz University of Technology, from where she also holds a Master Degree in Technical Chemistry.
