Multiwave 7000 可消化食品、環境、聚合物、化妝品、藥品、地質、化學與石化類等所有類型的樣本 - 甚至可以在同一批次中使用相同的方法消化。Multiwave 7000 可處理高樣本量 (≥0.5 g) 和低樣本量 (≤0.1 g)，及高取樣體積 (≥50 mL) 和低取樣體積 (≤100 μL) 的作業。壓力密封的玻璃、石英或 PTFE-TFM 樣本管以及密封石英管 (例如鋨的測定) 均可以使用各種常見的消化酸。此外，可以藉由攪拌來加速消化漂浮樣本。

使用經濟的薄壁石英樣本管、拋棄式樣本管和 PTFE–TFM 樣本管 (堅固且可重複使用的密封管塞)，Mutiwave 7000 的運作成本低，但腔體內可容納最多的反應管數量。憑藉經濟實惠的 PTFE-TFM 支架，Multiwave 7000 可靈活升級，因應不同的樣本重量和體積。溫度感測器通常是一項重要的處理零件，其裝設於 PDC 內部，如此更方便清潔儀器，因為 PTFE-TFM 內管完全遮蔽了溫度感測器。
