New Developments in Undergraduate Chemistry Lab Curriculums
Many traditional undergraduate chemistry labs require time consuming protocols, long reflux steps, waste significant amounts of water in reflux condensers and expose students and faculty to high temperature oil baths or hot plates.
New microwave and synthesis reactor systems enable safer, easier to handle, more reliable and much faster heating solutions ideal for the academic lab environment. Additionally, microwave synthesis instrumentation enables automation, parallel reactions, internal
