High uptime, low maintenance costs

The instruments’ innovative, robust design ensures availability and high sample throughput. All mechanical parts are produced in our high-tech production facilities in Austria or Germany because 100 % quality requires 100 % control. Count on smooth operation and a steady stream of excellent results to support your research of nanostructured materials.

Rely on profound application knowledge

From your first inquiry until system commissioning, Anton Paar specialists provide support, guidance, and thorough on-site user training. During the lifetime of the instrument, you can rely on direct local support via our subsidiaries and experts across the globe. More than 70 years of experience make Anton Paar the most successful and reliable partner in the field of SAXS/WAXS/GISAXS/USAXS/RheoSAXS nanostructure analysis.

The whole world of small-angle X-ray scattering

To exploit the full potential of small-angle X-ray scattering, you need more than a high-performance SAXS instrument – you need the right sample environments.

Anton Paar offers a comprehensive selection of stages and accessories that extends your SAXS, WAXS, and GISAXS capabilities. From temperature-controlled studies and environmental cells to rheological and operando battery experiments, these modules turn your SAXSpoint system into a flexible platform for advanced nanostructure analysis.

Heated Sampler and Heated/Cooled Sampler

Temperature-dependent investigations of different types of samples are among the standard SAXS/WAXS measurements to characterize material properties. With Anton Paar’s modern sample stages, Heated/Cooled Sampler and Heated Sampler, perform fully automatic scans of up to 20 different samples in one go. The stages cover a temperature range from -150 °C to +350 °C and offer a variety of sample holders designed for the analysis of solids, gels, pastes, and liquids.
