Live Chat Agent (f/m/x)

Anton Paar Malaysia Sdn Bhd | Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Regional Office APAC

In this position you are the first and foremost contact point for a large number of customers who are seeking information online. You will be responsible for operating the live chat, answering questions concerning Anton Paar as a company and competently advising, supporting and informing customers about our products and services. The satisfaction of the customers matters to you most. Your advice is competent and solution-orientated. You will be supported technically and methodically.

Responsibilities:

  • First communication with our customers via our chat tool and with the support of our systems 
  • First Level Support
  • Processing Leads from Online and Offline requests in our CRM system
  • Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
  • Continuous development of our live chat channel

Requirements:

  • Basic technical education or (ongoing) technical studies 
  • Excellent English skills, other languages such as Chinese would be an advantage 
  • Affinity and passion to solve problems
  • Strong customer orientation 
  • Willingness to continuously learn more about our products 
  • SAP CRM knowledge would be an advantage
  • Daily starting time at 07:00 am
