Perform day to day administrative duties and ensure a smooth service process in our ERP systems - from creating quotations to invoicing contracts and service orders.
- Perform day to day administrative duties in CRM and ERP systems (SAP)
- Handling of the Service Contracts and Service Orders in CRM, including the entire process from creating the quotations to invoicing the contracts and orders in the SAP ERP.
- Monitoring of Service CRM
- Follow-up calls to customers and answering incoming calls from customers
- Performing other duties as assigned
- At least 2 years work experience in a supporting role
- SAP/ERP experience is a strong plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness and ability to learn continuously
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
