Oxidation Stability of Chia Seeds

The aim of the presented study was to determine whether there is a difference between the oxidation stability of whole and ground chia seeds from different batches.

The RapidOxy 100 was used to check if it is possible to get a quick and reliable result without effort. The information provided by the instrument can help manufacturers to check for optimized usage in a comparable very short amount of time. Since the whole measurement is fully automatic, time is saved for lab staff while at the same time error sources during measurement are minimized.
