Material Brief: Deodorant - True Density - Ultrapyc
Deodorant was analyzed using nitrogen gas on the Ultrapyc 5000. The true density was measured.
An important property of personal products is its true density, which can be correlated to solids content, used to determine the homogeneity from batch to batch, or needed to optimize the packaging. One challenge in measuring the density via traditional liquid density techniques is the viscosity or solid content of the substance.
The Anton Paar Ultrapyc 5000 was used to analyze the true density of a store-bought deodorant.
