Intelligent multi-parameter measurement solution for beverage production

The new Cobrix 5500 and Cobrix 5600 provide continuous measurements of °Brix, %Diet, and CO2 during soft drink production. Being pre-adjusted in the factory, they do not require time-consuming, product-specific on-site adjustments and commissioning procedures. Besides measuring °Brix, %Diet, and CO2 concentration, various other parameters, such as alcohol content, sugar inversion, and optionally also conductivity, color, and oxygen, can be determined.

They use digital signal processing and new mechanical design to deliver stable, drift-free results and help keep your production highly efficient.

Ease of use

A simple touchscreen user interface facilitates the setup of the instrument and product parameters. In addition, you can visualize your process and display graphical trends with just a few clicks. By setting lower and upper limits on measurement values, alarms can be set and triggered using digital or relay outputs.
