Anton Paar, one of the world leaders in laboratory instrumentation and services, has a new vacancy for a Service Engineer responsible for field services based in the Czech Republic (CZ).
The Service Engineer provides on-site service including preventative maintenance, calibration, installation across selected Anton Paar product lines. The position is also responsible for providing technical assistance to customers as well as identifying and forwarding sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Providing overall technical support to our customers
• Performing maintenance and repair for our instruments at customer sites
• Collaborating with other functions for the achievement of company's objectives
• Using and maintaining our CRM system to provide information and reporting
• Supporting the sales and fulfilment of service contracts
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics or similar
• Skills in the use of measuring instruments and hand tools
• Proven experience in customer service
• Strong customer orientation
• Proactive, responsible and organized behaviour
• Located in the Czech Republic within easy access to the main road network
• Availability to travel throughout territory and occasionally abroad for training
• Native Czech speaker with good English skills (at least upper intermediate)
