Administration and Service Support (f/m/x)

You will join our Team in the Czech Republic as the Administration and Service Support. Your responsibility will be to ensure a smooth internal process and make certain that all relevant systems are kept up-to-date regularly. This is the right position for you if you enjoy to work with different teams, are very well organized and have a good sense of communication!

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively coordinating service assignments at customer sites.

    • Performing administrative tasks in CRM and ERP systems once service engineers completed maintenance and repair orders.
    • Creating and sending maintenance quotations.
    • Promoting and proactively selling Anton Paar service contracts.
    • Administrate buying process and manage stock-keeping.

       

Requirements:

  • Administrative/business education and know-how or technical education with strong business understanding

    • Qualification in a technical field of advantage
    • SAP experience would be beneficial
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English
    • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Ability to work independently and responsibly within a small team
