Team Leader for CAM Programming Turning (f/m/x)

Using our state-of-the-art CNC turning and turn-milling centers, we produce ultra-precise and complex components with tolerances in the thousandth of a millimeter—tailor-made for our innovative high-tech measuring instruments.
Responsibilities:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of a motivated team of programmers
- Creation, modification, and optimization of CNC programs for our state-of-the-art turning and turn-milling machines
- Definition and documentation of clamping setups and machining strategies, ensuring on-time delivery of programs
- Close collaboration with CNC production specialists to continuously optimize programs and implement efficient production processes
- Acting as a key contact and expert for programming system applications
Requirements:
- Completed training in a metalworking trade, preferably machining technology
- Several years of hands-on experience in CNC turning and/or milling
- Extensive experience in CAM programming (ideally TopSolid)
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Excellent German skills
- Team spirit, flexibility, sense of responsibility, and quality awareness

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.200 to € 5.000
