• Process Management: Analyzing and optimizing company processes

• Conducting research and analysis of current industry topics
• Preparing presentations, reports, and training materials

• Ongoing studies in a business or technical field
• Initial practical experience through internships or student jobs is an advantage

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is desirable

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month - on a full-time basis, excluding overtime): € 2.700  to € 2.900.
