Marketing Operations Assistant

• Collaborate with the Sales Team and the Management to determine relevant local and marketing initiatives
• Operational marketing support for local and centralized campaigns.
• Create local marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of key messages
• Contribute to the generation of engaging content for the company's social networks, particularly LinkedIn
• Develop and distribute marketing materials, including invitation emails, newsletters, and social media content

• Assist in performing market research into consumers, competitors, and the marketplace

• Coordinating marketing events from conception to execution and final follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with the AP HQ Marketing process for lead registration
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to maintain a consistent presence
• Effectively managing marketing inventory e.g. brochures, promotional and display items from procurement to stock management
• Providing timely first response to customer enquiries through our website and support customers related to Webshop matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media is preferred
• Working experience in multinational companies is preferred
• Abu Dhabi located, or willing to relocate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work on daily operational tasks independently
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in the use of Office tools, marketing systems and social media management tools
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functional
