Marketing Assistant (f/m/d) for Events

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and implementing national events (focus on trade fairs, conferences, customer events, and internal events): from planning the trade fair booth/event to booking and logistics to lead capture

• Coordinating with internal departments, external service providers, and partner companies

• Managing and monitoring the event budget

• Development and implementation of marketing campaigns related to events, as well as support for other online and offline marketing activities

• Maintenance and updating of event content in online media

• Creation of event materials (invitations, presentations, etc.) in line with the corporate design

• Follow-up of events, including participant management and reporting

Your profile:

• You have completed training in event management, marketing and communication, or event management.

• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills. In addition, you are characterized by your organizational skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

• Your profile is rounded off by an affinity for technology, an independent and organized way of working, and a high level of commitment.

• Confident use of MS Office and CRM tools

• Willingness to travel occasionally for work

• Class 3 or B driver's license
