Complaint Handling Specialist – Quality Assurance (f/m/x)

• Managing complaints related to purchased components (focus: mechanical or electronic parts, depending on qualifications)
• Conducting failure and root cause analysis on defective components
• Documenting and processing complaint-related data in SAP
• Defining and implementing effectiveness checks, corrective, and preventive actions
• Introducing methods for sustainable error prevention
• Supporting the optimization of inspection processes
• Close collaboration with procurement, technical departments, and quality assurance

• Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, HTL) with a focus on electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, machining, or metalworking
• At least 3 years of experience in complaint handling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and data sheets
• Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment
• SAP (Material Management Module) knowledge is an advantage
• Quick comprehension, independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.200 to € 3.800.
